Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Folha Oasis (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to and Folha Oasis Site or our associated services (collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Folha Oasis, our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the potation of our Internet business including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Folha Oasis is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time at our sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the right necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submission.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours following your purchase on our Site. If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, we will refund you the cost of your products.

Up to 14 days after receipt of Products, you have the right to return the items at your own cost. Upon receiving the item, Folha Oasis will issue a refund assuming the item is returned in good condition. Please note, you will be refunded the cost of the product, but not the cost of shipping the item either to you or from you to Folha Oasis.

In the case of missing or damaged Products, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the Products if reported within 14 days of scheduled delivery date. Should you not report missing or damaged Products within 14 days of schedule delivery date, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.

We may also ask for photographic evidence of any damage claims and without this, we cannot process a refund or offer a replacement. At Folha Oasis’s discretion, should the damage be minor, cosmetic or superficial, we may decide to offer a voucher instead of a refund or replacement. 

We are not to be held responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The materials on this site are for general information and guidance and should not be relied on or used as the sole source of information for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. You agree to not hold Folha Oasis responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the information made available on this site.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
